报告人简介:

  朱冰课题组利用生物化学、定量质谱学、高通量核酸测序、小鼠模型等手段,致力于研究表观遗传修饰模式的建立和维持机制。朱冰课题组系统性研究了表观遗传修饰在有丝分裂过程中从亲代细胞传递到子代细胞的模式和机制,同时朱冰课题组还侧重研究表观遗传修饰酶,例如PRC2(Ezh2)、GLP等的催化活性调节机制,提出了表观修饰继承的缓冲模型。近期,朱冰课题组对DNA甲基化动态调控机制及其在生殖系细胞成熟和早期胚胎发育过程中的生理意义展开了探索。朱冰课题组在Science, Mol Cell, Genes Development, Cell Research, EMBO Reports, JBC等杂志上累计发表研究论文三十余篇。朱冰研究员先后获得美国霍华德-休斯医学院首届国际青年科学家奖和谈家桢生命科学创新奖。
